In school or colleges, we have to pay fine, if we are unable to return library books within due date. But if there is a proper reason for the dealy, you can write a letter to the librarian or to the headmaster requesting the remission of library fine. If your reason for the delay is health issue, you may have to attach proof(Prescription) with the application.
