Sir,
Today we have received your consignment of 40 bags of tea, but we regret to inform you that they are not in conformity with the order we placed.
In our order of 12th February, 2014, it was clearly mentioned that we want the best quality Darjeeling Leaf at Rs. 8500/- per bag. But it is found that you have dispatched the second grade leaf.
However, we are prepared to keep the consignment in question, if you make an allowance of 15% on the price.
If you agree to our terms, we shall place a fresh order for the best quality tea for immediate delivery. If you do not agree, please let us know by return post how the goods are to be returned. if we do not hear from you, these will be held at your disposal.
